The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B sales, preferably from a distributor perspective, with established industry connections. Exceptional presentation skills, business development expertise, and the ability to engage key stakeholders are essential for success in this role.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth in targeted B2B channels, including multi-family business, corporate offices, hotels, and hospitality.
  • Identify, develop, and cultivate new business opportunities while managing and expanding existing customer accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate buyers, procurement teams, distributors, and decision-makers.
  • Drive the development of sales programs, product selection, and pricing for commercial customers.
  • Present compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing Danby’s brand.
  • Work closely with distributors and procurement departments to expand market reach and ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Collaborate across sales, finance, operations, marketing, and product management to ensure business goals are met.
  • Provide oversight, review, and follow-up with customers and distributors regarding proposals, target lists, and product pipelines.
  • Train customers and sales partners on product specifications, features, and applications for commercial use.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Manage CRM tools to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities.
  • Develop an annual budget and business plan to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events relevant to commercial sales.


Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of direct work experience in B2B sales, preferably in commercial or hospitality sales.
  • Experience selling appliances, furniture, or related commercial products is preferred.
  • Strong background in distributor sales, channel management, and business development.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Experience and connections with multi-family businesses, corporate offices, hotels, and hospitality procurement teams are highly desired.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute long-term B2B sales strategies.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
  • Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, finance, operations, marketing, and product management teams.
