Fromday one, you’ll begin building your own clientele and developing the skills, knowledge, and mindset needed to thrive in the financial industry.We’llmentor you, train you, and guide youevery step of the way until you’re ready tolaunch your own advisory practice.What You’ll DoMake outbound calls to potential clients to book virtual meetings with senior advisors.Assist in preparing client reports, summaries, and meeting materials.Participate in client meetings to learn the advisory process.Develop relationships with prospects and clients to grow your own book of business.Learn the financial planning and wealth management tools used by top advisors.Receive ongoing training, mentorship, and guidance from our senior team.What We Offer$2,000/month financial support to help you cover expenses as you start.Access to mentorship from top-performing advisors.Step-by-step training on client acquisition, planning, and portfolio management.A clear growth path to becoming an independent advisor with your own clientele.The opportunity to build your own business within a supportive, fast-growing team.If You AreEntrepreneurial and driven — you want to build a business for yourself.Comfortable making cold calls and talking to people.Interested in finance, investing, and helping others achieve their goals.Ideally has a degree in Finance, Business, or Economics (an asset, not mandatory).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Compensation & GrowthYou’ll receive $2,000/month in financial support during your learning and client-building phase.
