This role is focused on organization and operations, not creative or strategy work. It is best for someone early in their career (1–3 years of experience) who enjoys working behind the scenes and managing details.You will help support digital ads, social media, and influencer campaigns. Your job is to track tasks, update reports, manage files, and make sure timelines are followed.You will work closely with team members, vendors, and influencers. You will also help make sure clients receive clear updates and well-organized information.Success in this role comes from being organized, following up on tasks, communicating clearly, and working independently.You will report to senior team members and work closely with creative, media, and strategy staff.RESPONSIBILITIESReporting & Performance TrackingPrepare monthly client reports using templatesUpdate performance numbers from ads, social media, and influencer campaignsTrack and check key performance numbers (KPIs) in spreadsheetsMake sure tracking links and data are set up correctly before and during campaignsFlag missing or unusual data for reviewMedia, Influencer & Vendor CoordinationKeep clear and organized records of media buys, influencer posts, and vendor workCommunicate with influencers and vendors to send assets and collect posting links and reportsCheck influencer posts and media placements to make sure they match the agreed planFlag any issues or mistakes for follow-upOther coordination tasks as neededProject Coordination & Workflow ManagementCreate project schedules, calendars, and task listsSend weekly updates to clients and internal teamsFollow up with team members, clients, and partners to make sure deadlines are metIdentify problems early and inform project leads when neededOther project coordination tasks as neededOrganization, Systems & Process ImprovementKeep client, vendor, and influencer contact lists up to dateHelp manage multilingual campaigns by tracking different language versionsUse internal tools, templates, and AI tools to work more efficientlyHelp improve templates, checklists, and processes over timeGeneral SupportProvide general marketing and administrative support to help campaigns run smoothlyQualifications1–3 years of experience in marketing, media, or a coordination roleStrong spoken and written EnglishFluent in Mandarin Chinese (required)Very organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlinesExperience using spreadsheets and basic performance reportsFamiliarity with digital and social platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) is a plusComfortable using shared drives, file systems, and project toolsProactive and willing to ask questions, flag issues, and improve processesSalary: $51K to $53K commensurate on experience.To Apply:Forward a confidential resume and include your relevant work portfolio to opportunities@catalystagents.com with the subject line: Project Coordinator Application. #J-18808-Ljbffr
