En tant que gestionnaire de succès cliente relevant du Gestionnaire principale, succès client, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes:

  • Représenter ClearEstate en tant que principal point de contact pour nos clients tout au long de leur expérience de client.
  • Fournir un service client de qualité en identifiant les besoins du client tout au long du processus, avec une approche empathique.
  • Évaluer et suggérer des services supplémentaires que nous offrons afin de fournir le meilleur soutien à nos clients.
  • Mettre à profit votre passion pour la résolution des problèmes des clients afin d'initier et de rectifier leurs problèmes.
  • Favoriser et développer une relation transparente avec les clients grâce à une communication cohérente et opportune.
  • Accueillir, intégrer et guider les clients à travers notre système interne.
  • Atteindre et dépasser les quotas mis en place pour nous aider à atteindre nos objectifs en tant qu'équipe.
  • Démontrer de l’agilité et sortir des sentiers battus pour résoudre les problèmes.
  • Travailler de manière transversale avec nos équipes internes pour développer ClearEstate.

As a Customer Success Manager reporting into the Senior Manager, Customer Management, you will:

  • Represent ClearEstate as the main point of contact for our clients throughout their client experience.
  • Deliver quality customer service by identifying client needs throughout the process, with an empathic approach.
  • Evaluate and suggest additional services we offer to provide the best support to our client.
  • Use your passion for resolving client concerns to initiate and rectify their issues.
  • Foster and develop a transparent client relationship through consistent and timely communication.
  • Welcome, onboard and guide clients through our internally built platform.
  • Drive to achieve and surpass sales quotas set in place to help us reach our goals as a team.
  • Pivot in the moment while effectively thinking outside the box to problem solve.
  • Work cross-functionally with our internal teams to further develop ClearEstate.
