Committed to innovation and excellence, PlasmaGear delivers products that promote individual well-being while supporting environmental sustainability.Role DescriptionPart-Time Administrative & Finance Assistant (On-Site) – Fractional RoleLocation: On-site (Montreal, QC)Type: Part-time / Fractional (hours vary weekly)Compensation: $25/hourStart: ImmediatelyWe are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative & Finance Assistant to support our operations with financial organization, invoicing, expense reporting, data collection, and general admin tasks such as packing and shipping.This is a fractional, part-time role with weekly hours planned based on project deadlines and workload. Floating or fixed hours can be discussed depending on the candidate’s availability and our operational needs.Key ResponsibilitiesFinance & Admin SupportOrganize and maintain invoices, receipts, and financial documentsSupport the preparation of expense reports and reimbursement trackingAssist with basic bookkeeping preparation and internal financial trackingCollect and organize project-related data and documentation (internal records, supplier quotes, purchase details, etc.)Keep files organized (digital + physical) and ensure records are complete and easy to retrieveOperations SupportHelp with packing, labeling, and shipping orders/samplesCoordinate shipments and track deliveriesAssist with purchasing, supplies, and simple vendor follow-upsSupport other administrative tasks as needed (scheduling support, document formatting, scanning, etc.)RequirementsProven experience in similar roles (admin assistant, finance assistant, office coordinator)Strong attention to detail (accuracy matters a lot in this role)Highly organized and able to manage multiple small tasks without missing deadlinesReliable, punctual, and responsiveComfortable working on-site and handling light physical tasks like packing/shippingConfident with spreadsheets and basic tools (Google Sheets/Excel, email, shared folders)Nice-to-HaveExperience with bookkeeping workflows or working with accountants/bookkeepersExperience with shipping/logistics (labels, courier pickups, tracking, customs forms if applicable)Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar toolsWorking Style & HoursPart-time, fractional positionHours planned weekly based on deadlines and workloadFloating hours or a fixed weekly schedule can be discussedHow to ApplyPlease submit the following (all combined into one PDF file):A short introductionYour availability (days/times per week)Any tools you’ve used before (Excel, QuickBooks, shipping platforms, etc.) #J-18808-Ljbffr
