Base Pay RangeCA$90,000.00/yr - CA$100,000.00/yrCash BonusUp to 10%PerksProfessional Development SupportFlexible HoursLocationPermanently Hybrid (3 Days a Week, 2 Days Remote)The RoleA key contributor delivering value‑added financial analysis for a major banner division while supporting corporate reporting requirements and mentoring a co‑op student.Financial Operations & ReportingMay include, but not be limited to, the following tasks:Lead financial planning for the banner head office cost centers, including budget preparation and forecast developmentPrepare monthly reporting deliverables following documented processesAnalyze divisional performance and explain variances versus targets, budgets, and forecastsBusiness PartneringMay include, but not be limited to, the following tasks:Partner with the banner President and leadership team to walk them through financials and provide insightsSupport the Chief Digital Officer with financial analysis and reportingGather business initiatives and action plans from stakeholders to support annual budget developmentCorporate Reporting & PresentationsMay include, but not be limited to, the following tasks:Prepare and coordinate presentations and reporting packages for corporate reporting cyclesComplete required submissions to head office on time and with accuracyCompile data and build presentation decks using PowerPoint for executive audiencesAd Hoc Requests & Special ProjectsMay include, but not be limited to, the following tasks:Respond to ad hoc analysis requests from banner leadership and corporate stakeholdersSupport ESG reporting requirements and data collection as needed.Propose and implement process improvements for efficiencyThe CompanyA global leader in electrical distribution operating multiple well‑established banners across Canada with strong market presence and stable operations.
