Actual compensation will depend on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience. We also consider internal equity to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. Most offers will fall within this range and not at the maximum, allowing room for future growth. This position is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus based on individual and business performance factors, in accordance with Samuel’s applicable incentive policy.At Samuel we believe in a culture of equality.
