We are looking for a Mine Operations Supervisor to lead safe, efficient, and compliant operations at our Windermere and Kootenay West sites for CertainTeed. Responsibilities Supervise mining, plant, and rail load‑out operations. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Manage production schedules, quality control, and stock levels. Oversee maintenance programs for equipment and facilities. Train, coach, and schedule employees and contractors. Monitor performance and identify cost‑saving opportunities. Qualifications Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology, Mining Technology, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in mineral extraction or processing. Proven leadership and people‑management skills. Strong understanding of quarry safety and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Salary and Compensation Base salary ranges from 95 000$ to 115 000$ per year, with eligibility for an annual bonus up to 10% of base salary.
