Our high‑performing dental practices in Campbell River, Williams Lake, Victoria, Kelowna, and Kamloops are seeking dedicated Associate Dentists interested in flexible, temporary contracts with the potential to turn into long‑term roles. WHAT WE ARE OFFERING High‑producing dental practice, which means high earning potential Flexible contracts – short‑term locum (week, months), part‑time, full‑time Temporary employment – potential for permanent Modern clinics with state‑of‑the‑art technology Free parking Opportunity to grow and be an equity partner in 123Dentist practices Experienced dental professionals that provide leadership and mentorship so you can learn and grow as a Dentist Potential coverage of travel and living expenses Free Invisalign training and CE opportunities Accommodation bonus available Relocation and retention bonuses available COMPENSATION Associates are compensated on a fee‑for‑service basis with remuneration starting from 40% – 45% of collections and higher (depending on experience) Monthly guaranteed minimum, or daily per diem SCHEDULE Flexible days Temporary/locum contracts (with potential for permanent placement) WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR DDS/DMD/BDS from an accredited program OR NDEB equivalency Licensed or in process of registering with the BC College of Oral Health Professionals (BCCOHP) Open to candidates currently licensed in other Canadian provinces Experience in practicing dentistry in Canada is preferred, but open to new graduates welcome with mentorship provided Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient care New graduates are encouraged to apply We thank all candidates for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
