We are looking for TWO full-time Associate Dentists to join our family-oriented practice in Central BC's hidden gem. As our Associate Dentist, you'll deliver comprehensive dental care while developing your skills. Our experienced team provides structured mentorship perfect for building confidence in all aspects of general dentistry.
Williams Lake, BC, has the most spaces in BC and a low cost of living We are a lakeside community, and our town offers numerous outdoor recreational activities and is a haven for natural wildlife. Not to mention, it is just a one-hour flight from Vancouver with daily flights.

SCHEDULE:
- 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, and willing to work half-day Saturdays
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Program from an accredited school or university program, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process.
- Registered or in processing of registering with the British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals
- Eligible to practice dentistry in the province of British Columbia
- We are open to those currently registered with other Canadian province(s)
- Experience is preferred, however, new graduates are welcome
- Must share in our on-call system providing emergency services for those in need (approximately 1 week per month)
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients' families
- Motivated to learn and practice dentistry
- Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively when needed
