Occupational Therapist

Occupational Therapist RNS Health Care Services Inc. is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled occupational therapist to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. In this community-based role, you’ll work with adult clients, supporting their independence and quality of life through personalized occupational therapy services. Employment Type: Full‑time, part‑time, or casual – salaried or contractor. Enjoy the autonomy to manage your own schedule, with virtual/remote care options available where clinically appropriate. Location: Beeton, Alliston and Bradford, York Region. Base Pay Range: CA$85,000 – CA$100,000 per year. Signing and Retention Bonus: $5,000. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments in clients’ homes. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote independence and functionality. Recommend adaptive equipment, home modifications, and rehabilitation strategies. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver client‑centered care. Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with professional and regulatory standards. Uphold ethical and professional standards as defined by COTO. Qualifications Registered Occupational Therapist with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO). ADP authorization required. Experience working with adult populations in a community‑based setting. Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for home visits within York Region. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
