This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building client relationships, mentoring junior colleagues, and delivering exceptional accounting, assurance, and tax services.In this role, you will:Lead, review, and complete a variety of client engagements, including compilations, reviews, audits, corporate and personal tax returns, and controllership assignments.Oversee the preparation of working papers, financial statements, and tax filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.Plan and manage engagement workflows, deadlines, and client deliverables.Identify opportunities for process improvements and present solutions to benefit clients and the team.Mentor and coach junior team members, providing constructive feedback and helping them grow into exceptional professionals.Build strong internal and external relationships through clear communication and consistent follow-through.Stay informed about changes in accounting, assurance, and tax standards, and embrace emerging technology to enhance our services.About YouYou are a confident, solutions-oriented CPA who enjoys variety in your work and thrives in a collaborative environment.
