(Senior) Insurance Pricing Analyst, Affluent Insurance Pricing (AIS) Be among the first 25 applicants. This is an exciting and interactive position on an individual life and health insurance pricing team. In this role, you will work closely with your teammates, sales distribution teams, underwriting, operations, and reinsurance areas to provide insurance illustrations that are competitive and innovative solutions for our high‑net‑worth clients. This role is ideal for an individual who has the unique combination of: Knowledge of insurance products, including how they are developed and priced. Effective communication skills, both verbally and in written form. The ability to think outside the box. What will you do? Model/price large and custom insurance cases. Build sales illustrations. Provide unique solutions. Develop models to test viability of complex custom solutions and provide recommendations. Formulate pricing assumptions for existing products related to custom solutions. How we collaborate Consult with key stakeholders working with AIS (product development, reinsurance, inside sales, underwriting, new business). Consult with advisors/intermediaries to understand requests and provide solutions on complex cases. Negotiate custom rates and enhanced reinsurance support with reinsurers. What do you need to succeed? Knowledge of GGY AXIS. Knowledge of insurance industry and its products. Strong communication skills (oral and written). Strong knowledge of MS Excel (including macros) and Word. Career ASA designation. Nice to have Undergraduate degree in mathematics or statistics. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a team. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to act as a consultant to internal and external customers. Ability to meet multiple deadlines under tight timelines. Strong attention to detail. Self‑motivated and adaptable. What’s in it for you?
