In this role, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance product journeys and customer experiences for a digital loyalty program. Your responsibilities include managing stakeholder relationships, gathering technical requirements, and working closely with scrum masters and technical team members to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality product features. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT, proven experience in a similar role, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
