Ensuring resident care needs are assessed; developing plan of care and determining corresponding care fees and staffing requirementsCollaborating with the Director of Wellness to schedule and adjust staffing levels to ensure consistency with the residence’s occupancy levels, the acuity of the residents and the services being offeredProvide oversight and management of the Continence Care Program; completing assessments, orders, sizing, and service transitionsOverseeing and supervising the medication administration program including administering of medications, completing audits, monitor control, training of new team members and safekeeping of drugs and narcoticsCoverage for Dow AbsencesManage Wellness Team Onboarding and education requirementsDeveloping professional and collaborative relationships with hospital staff, participate in marketing outreach such as presentations on wellness services and aging in place philosophyPerforming other duties as assignedWho you are:An exceptional manager with a demonstrated track record of delivering results and continuously improving performanceA Registered Practical Nurse in good standing and has a minimum three years’ experience in Geriatrics, Rehabilitation and/or senior health industryYou have good judgement, the ability to identify risk and can foster a positive work environmentCan demonstrate strong technology skills in Microsoft Office suite programsWhat you need to know:Sienna Senior Living is committed to creating an inclusive environment where all team members and residents feel like they belong.
