As the Center Director, you are tasked with overseeing all aspects of the newly established Busy Bees school. You will implement strategies for growth, recruit and train a dedicated team, and create engaging family partnerships. Your focus on excellence will play a crucial role in building a thriving educational community.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead the center's daily operations ensuring safety and compliance • Facilitate community engagement for increased enrollment • Recruit and develop a high-quality teaching team • Build strong family relationships and open communication • Manage financial metrics and administrative functions
Requirements: • Associate degree or higher in a relevant field • 3+ years of child care leadership experience • Proven success in launching new centers • Strong communication and customer service skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative functions
