All candidates must be willing to join a team environment to strengthen and grow our current crew with a positive attitude and character.We offerWage: $37.50 per hourHours per week: 30-40 hours per weekVacancy: 1Terms of employmentFull time permanent positionJob start date: as soon as possibleEmployment conditions: Day, MorningBenefits: Health benefits (Health care plan)Work location: 57413 Lily Lake Rd, Legal, AB T0G 1L0Responsibilities and DutiesPlan, organize, direct, control, coordinate and support daily operations.Assist with compliance of all licensing, accreditation, health and safety, and the policies and procedures of Lionsheart Wholeness.Prepare and Manage budgets and monitor expenses and revenues.Develop promotional strategies and pricing, Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and suppliesHire, train, schedule, and supervise staff.Strong organizational abilities including planning, delegated task facilitation.Coordinate events and bookings.Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special needs.Manage inventory and restock supplies where necessary in the facility and for the guest and maintain awareness and communication around supplies needed for reorder.Ensuring smooth and efficient running of the accommodation, including upkeep of the facilities, and guest accommodations.Transparent and high integrity leadership, ethical decision-making skills, and maintain confidentiality.Qualifications and SkillsMust be able to communicate in EnglishCollege, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years with education related to Business Administration, Human Resources, Hospitality ManagementExperience: 2 years to less than 3 years in hospitality or related fieldWork conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure; Attention to detailPersonal suitability: Client focus; Efficient interpersonal skills; Excellent oral communication; Excellent written communication; Flexibility; Initiative; Team player #J-18808-Ljbffr
