Required Skills Experience with Microsoft server technologies. Good knowledge of Windows Server Failover Clustering. Experience in SCCM, SCOM, PKI, MIM, PowerShell, and automation technologies. Experience leading cloud infrastructure operations with a strong focus on Azure VMware Solution (AVS) environments. Managing service delivery, driving operational excellence, ensuring SLA adherence, and handling customer escalations. Proven experience in ITIL‑based service management, incident/change governance, and stakeholder communication. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is mandatory. Strong leadership and customer‑facing skills are essential. Roles and Responsibilities Service Delivery Manager experience in leading/managing/governing IT Infrastructure Support hosted in Cloud with a strong focus on Azure VMware Solution (AVS), MS SQL Databases, NetApp storage in Cloud, and network routing/switching, load balancing, and firewalls (Palo Alto). Single Point of Contact for the client’s IT leadership, driving major incidents, managing service delivery, driving operational excellence, ensuring SLA adherence, and handling customer escalations. Experience in ITIL‑based service management incident/change governance, and stakeholder communication. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is mandatory. Strong leadership and customer‑facing skills are essential. Availability to lead business‑impacting incidents and escalations during non‑business hours. Experience in leading a multi‑cultural team based in Canada and India.
