Responsibilities

  • Understand clients' needs and concerns, build sustainable relationships with customers, and provide accurate information about each vehicle.
  • Preparing and securing financing, offering credit insurance, extended service contracts, and vehicle protection packages.
  • Prepare and secure financing, offer credit insurance, extended service contracts, and vehicle protection packages to customers.
  • Verify sales information, determine the need for financing, and prepare financing and legal documents.
  • Sell products and services, maintain customer rapport, answer questions, provide information, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain a satisfactory Customer Satisfaction Index and comply with federal, provincial, and local regulations.
  • Present additional products to clients, explain and demonstrate financial options to customers, deal directly with lenders and financial institutes, and prepare and document any/all documentation for final delivery.
  • Meet and exceed set sales goals, adhere to a standard of professional ethics, be knowledgeable of provincial regulations, and maintain good lender relations.

Qualifications

  • Deep passion and interest in human centered customer experience.
  • Car sales experience or equivalent work experience.
  • OMVIC License and a valid class "G" driver's license.
  • Strong financial services and automotive industry background with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong relationship building skills and high level of personal integrity.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters and show an appropriate level of judgement and maturity.
  • High level of self-motivation, accountability for goals/targets, and desire to earn above-average income.
  • Highly computer proficient with solid organizational skills.
  • Coaching skills and the ability to practice established tools and methods effectively.
