Temporary Tax Time Administrator

RHN CPA is looking for a positive, detail-oriented Tax Time Administrator for a 3-month tax time contract. This position provides key support by delivering reception and customer service, along with providing backup assistance to the administrative team. Duties and responsibilities: Greeting and assisting clients Providing backup to reception including offering support for incoming phone calls Tracking, scanning client documents Collating personal tax documents and binders, both electronically and physically Printing and producing electronic and/or hardcopy packages for clients and governmental reporting bodies Archiving documents in the electronic document management system Finalizing and archiving completed files and documents Managing own workload and deadlines What we are looking for: Prior administrative experience within a professional environment is considered an asset A people person who can also work independently Great attention to detail Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High adaptability to new software technology Proficiency in Microsoft Office Great opportunity for anyone looking for office setting experience Salary range: $20-$26 per hour Interview starts from 12 January 2026 #J-18808-Ljbffr
