As part of the distribution network, you will support the systems that keep our operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Provide operational support for the distribution‑center systems and applications. Represent the distribution function for system maintenance, evolution and transformation projects to ensure optimal performance. Analyze change requests, modifications and additions to systems. Propose solutions to support business processes, participate in testing and ensure quality from a business perspective. Ensure integration and follow‑up of approved changes in line with business priorities. Analyze user‑reported problems, propose solutions or coordinate with support groups. Track resolution of issues, problems and anomalies related to business priorities. Lead and deliver internal training and support activities for users. Participate in new implementations, installations, upgrades and migrations of customer systems. Act as a subject‑matter expert and head‑office resource for support functions. Coach and support colleagues to foster professional development. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration (operations, logistics, supply chain), engineering, computer science or related field. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the distribution sector. At least 5 years of progressive experience in distribution, logistics or transport sectors. Experience in retail or a large national distributor/transport service provider (asset). Stakeholder‑management, collaboration, coaching and influence skills. Critical thinking, problem‑solving and decision‑making ability. Proactive mindset, willingness to challenge existing processes. Strong organization and execution under pressure. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), yard management systems (YMS) and scheduling systems. Ability to work across levels and functions in complex environments. Strong communication skills at all organizational levels. Knowledge of WMS operating principles required. Experience with Blue Yonder WMS or other top‑tier WMS (required). Advanced Excel skills; SQL knowledge (asset). Ability to travel in Canada up to 10% of the time (required). Benefits Childcare centre for up to 78 children.
