Job Summary:
Job Title – Warehouse Manager
Job Type - Full-time, On-site
Location – North York, ON
Salary - Competitive salary based on experience.
Working hours – Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage our warehouse operations efficiently and effectively. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflows, maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing space utilization, and leading a team of warehouse staff to meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities included, but not limited to:-
1.    Oversee Warehouse Operations: Manage all aspects of warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
2.    Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular audits, and implement strategies to minimize stock discrepancies and shrinkage.
3.    Space Utilization: Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization and efficiency.
4.    Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of warehouse personnel, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
5.    Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a culture of safety awareness among warehouse staff.
6.    Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement measures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
7.    Quality Control: Implement quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency in order fulfillment and shipment.
8.    Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely receipt of goods and resolve any issues related to deliveries or quality.
9.    Reporting: Generate regular reports on warehouse performance, including key metrics such as inventory levels, order accuracy, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience of 2-3 years as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics principles.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
Forklift certification (Preferred).
