Title: Conseiller en Optimisation de la Formation (Approvisionnement) Dans ce rôle, vous serez chargé de réviser, structurer et optimiser l'écosystème de formation de l'organisation en collaboration étroite avec les experts en approvisionnement. L'objectif est d'accroître l'efficacité, la standardisation et la traçabilité des formations pour soutenir la performance opérationnelle et l'intégration de nouveaux employés. Job Title: Training Optimization Advisor (Procurement) In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, structuring, and optimizing the organization's training ecosystem in close collaboration with procurement subject matter experts. The goal is to increase efficiency, standardization, and traceability of training to support operational performance and the onboarding of new employees. Responsibilities Assess the current state of training and propose a target architecture. Propose a governance framework for training. Review and optimize training formats and content. Integrate workplace learning approaches. Facilitate expertise capture with subject matter experts. Organize and optimize the virtual training library. Improve the information architecture of the intranet site. Propose a deployment strategy and define performance indicators. Essential Skills Degree in pedagogy, didactics, or a related field. Significant experience in training within a manufacturing environment. Proven practice in instructional design. Experience in document management and organizing content libraries. Confirmed experience collaborating with subject matter experts and facilitating workshops. Additional Skills and Qualifications Proficiency with SharePoint/Teams or similar intranet platforms. Skills in basic video editing and creating job aids. Basic knowledge of information architecture. Project management and coordination skills. Strong autonomy, organizational skills, and stakeholder management. Ability to simplify and standardize complex content. Results‑oriented and continuous improvement mindset. Excellent communication and facilitation skills. French and English required, Spanish is an asset. Work Environment You are required to be in the office two days a week (Monday and Wednesday). Autonomy is necessary as there will be no formal training. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Dorval, QC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr. Workplace Type This is a hybrid position in Dorval, QC.
