**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and establish the project management plan in alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Manage all project resources, including partners, consultants, employees, and stakeholders.
- Prioritize and plan the project backlog, providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog based on business value and ROI.
- Lead scrum teams as the Project Manager, ensuring effective coordination and execution of project activities.
- Lead project release planning, including budget management, and ensure timely delivery of new functionalities.
- Promote an Agile mindset and act as a change agent within the organization.
- Take ownership of project delivery and ensure successful outcomes.
- Manage backlog, iteration planning, and user story elaboration.
- Validate and approve the budget, manage budget forecast, and establish governance and reports for budget management.

**Requirements**:
**Project Controller - Senior**
- Bachelor's degree in IT
- Proven experience 5+ years as an IT Project Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and Agile frameworks.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with budget management and financial reporting.
- Agile certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) is a plus.
- Fully Bilingual (French and English)
