The FSC Consultants are experienced professionals on our project teams accountable for understanding the overall solution design, understanding use cases and requirements, building out the declarative aspects of the solution, writing technical tickets, and authoring supporting documentation. They work closely with various technical and non-technical team members across comprehensive and strategic projects.They are experienced in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and can easily complete out-of-the-box configurations. They are keenly interested in understanding our customers' business, have a deep curiosity, and can explore the “why” behind how our customers work. They possess strong business analysis skills, take an empathetic approach to requirements gathering and facilitate customer workshops. The consultant ensures that proposed, or built solutions will drive the desired business outcomes. For smaller projects, the FSC Consultant takes full ownership of the solution design. They are in relentless pursuit of ensuring we deliver value for customers.Looking for career growth? Modes support all the examination vouchers for any Salesforce certifications and leadership training and ensure you have the time to prepare and pass the certification exams.In This Role, You Will:Design and manage the implementation of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions that meet business requirements for various-sized projectsLead the effort to design, build and configure FSC applications, acting as the primary point of contact.Create build tickets for implementation detailing the technical requirements to meet the user story acceptance criteriaAssist with client sessions to gather, define, and document business requirements where neededRefine implementation estimates and plans for phases of the delivery lifecycle, including development, testing, training, communication, deployment, and post-production supportDocument requirements in the form of user storiesDemonstrate solution functionality to business stakeholders as neededAssist in end-user acceptance testing by developing the test cases and the acceptance criteriaLead knowledge sharing sessions with the client and provide the user documentation required for supporting the system in the futurePresent solution options to customer, evaluating the pros and cons of declarative configuration against code and customizationPerform impact analysis for scope change requests; document changes to requirements, configuration, and data mappingParticipate in declarative system configuration when necessaryProvide technical and functional expertise to project teamsParticipate in training content development and Administrator and end-user training deliveryOur Ideal Candidate Has:3+ years working as part of a professional services team within a consulting practice1+ years of experience designing and delivering Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementationsSalesforce Administrator or/and Salesforce Sales Cloud Administrator certificationSalesforce Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional certification (or the ability to obtain this within 2 months)Well-versed in application design, data integration, and security architectureAbility to create and lead workshops, information-gathering sessions, and client presentations as requiredExperience working in an agile environmentFintech or financial services industry experience is a mustAt Modes, we recognize that our people are our strongest asset.
