About The Role Reporting The Avionics Manufacturing Technician reports directly to the Director of Avionics/Manufacturing. Core Competencies Strong Written and verbal communication skills Must be computer literate Attention to detail Self-motivated, a passion to learn Interpersonal skills Flexibility with changing schedules, priorities, and tasks Key Performance Indicators / Duties & Responsibilities Ensure work environment is safe and clean. Promote company values, vision and mission. Build quality product, show capability and responsiveness for Avmax production. Carry out fabrication of electrical wire harness assemblies. Have excellent attention to detail and personal awareness for workmanship with no errors. Sign work sheets and work cards for work accomplished - completely and accurately. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Possess good oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work well with other individuals throughout the organization. Demonstrated capability and competency in field of expertise. Experience Minimum 6 months experience in the field.
