About the Role:
Reporting
The Avionics Manufacturing Technician reports directly to the Avionics Manufacturing Manager, the Director of Avionics/Manufacturing will be the direct report in absent of a manager.

Key Performance Indicators / Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure work environment is safe and clean.
- Promote company values, vision and mission.
- Build quality product, show capability and responsiveness for Avmax production.
- Carry out fabrication of electrical wire harness assemblies.
- Have excellent attention to detail and personal awareness for workmanship with no errors.
- Sign work sheets and work cards for work accomplished - completely and accurately.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Possess good oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work well with other individuals throughout the organization.
- Demonstrated capability and competency in field of expertise.
Experience
- Minimum 6 months experience in the field.
