SAP S/4HANA Project Manager

Arobas Personnel is seeking a SAP S/4HANA Project Manager for a contract mandate with one of its clients located in Montreal. *Remote : Hybrid- 50% in person at any MTL, Brossard, Valcourt, or Sherbrooke office * What will your day-to-day look like? Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation in alignment with overall program milestones. Establish and maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies). Ensure compliance with SAP Activate methodology and internal governance frameworks. Oversee all phases of the upgrade lifecycle: preparation, sandbox testing, development, QA, and production cutover. Coordinate integrated testing, including validation, regression, and performance testing. Manage change control processes and ensure business continuity before, during, and after the upgrade. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, particularly in regulated industries (pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences). Lead change management activities, training initiatives, and documentation preparation. Requirements Over 10 years of experience managing SAP projects. Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA upgrade initiatives (e.g., from 2020/2021 to 2023 or later). Background in highly regulated environments (pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences). Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology. Expertise in Supply Chain and Manufacturing process areas. Soft Skills Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working in multi-vendor and global program environments. Certifications PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent. SAP certifications (optional but preferred). Nice to Have Experience with complex integrations and custom code remediation. Understanding of SAP architecture and BASIS activities.
