SalaryBase pay range: CA$115.00/hr – CA$120.00/hrJob SummaryThe SAP S/4HANA upgrade will be responsible for planning and executing an upgrade from an existing SAP S/4HANA version to the latest release (target 2025).ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations aligned with overall program milestones.Establish and maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).Ensure compliance with the SAP Activate methodology and internal governance frameworks.Oversee all phases of the upgrade lifecycle: preparation, sandbox testing, development, QA, and production cutover.Coordinate integrated testing (validation, regression, performance).Manage change control processes and ensure business continuity during and after the upgrade.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (especially in sectors such as pharmaceuticals or life sciences).Lead change management, training, and documentation preparation.Experience RequirementsOver 10 years of experience in SAP project management.Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA upgrade projects (e.g., from 2020/2021 to 2023 or more recent).Experience in highly regulated environments (pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences preferred).Strong knowledge of the SAP Activate methodology.Expertise in Supply Chain and Manufacturing streams.Language: English-speaking or bilingual.SkillsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Familiarity with multi‑vendor coordination and global project governance.CertificationsPMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.SAP‑specific certifications (optional but preferred).Preferred QualificationsExperience with complex integrations and custom code remediation.Understanding of SAP system architecture and BASIS activities.Ability to lead large‑scale testing and cutover activities.Senior LevelMid‑Senior levelEmployment TypeContractJob FunctionInformation TechnologyIndustryPharmaceutical ManufacturingLocationMontreal, Quebec, Canada #J-18808-Ljbffr
