Nous recherchons un(e) directeur(rice) des ressources humaines expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe au sein de notre hôtel.

Le ou la directeur/directrice des ressources humaines dirige les RH et leurs activités, comme le recrutement, la rémunération du personnel, les relations avec les employés et les programmes de formation afin d’assurer la conformité de l’hôtel aux obligations légales. Il ou elle développe et encourage un esprit d’équipe positif tout en assurant la qualité du séjour des clients et en contribuant au renforcement de l’image de la marque. Il ou elle conseille le directeur général/la directrice générale et l’équipe de direction sur toutes les questions liées au personnel.

VOTRE QUOTIDIEN

Personnel/Dotation
Élaborer des programmes contribuant à un cadre de travail positif pour tous.
Superviser et distribuer une enquête de satisfaction annuelle aux membres de l’équipe.
Informer et former les responsables aux disciplines de RH pour améliorer la productivité et les performances.
En charge du processus de recrutement, affichage, entrevues
Accueillir et guider les nouveaux membres de l’équipe.
Assurer le respect des normes et réglementations en vigueur dans le domaine du recrutement.
Développer de bonnes relations extérieures.
Gestion et mise à jour des évaluations (cadres/syndiqués)
Veiller au développement du personnel

Finances / Rémunération
Contribuer à l’élaboration et au suivi du budget des RH.
Contrôler les niveaux d’effectifs dans un souci de gestion des coûts.
Limiter les risques financiers associés aux questions de relations employeurs-employés.
Identifier et analyser les pratiques locales en matière de rémunération et d’avantages pour assurer la compétitivité de l’hôtel sur le plan financier.
Responsable de la vérification de la paie aux deux semaines
Négociation des contrat des assurances collectives, gestion de deux polices

Entreprise responsable
Développer la notoriété et la bonne réputation de l’hôtel et de la marque auprès de la population locale, et encourager la participation des membres de l’équipe aux activités de la communauté.
Veiller au respect de la législation en matière de droit du travail et des procédures et politiques de l’hôtel et de l’entreprise.
Examiner tous les problèmes liés au travail pour établir les faits, identifier les risques éventuels pour l’hôtel ou l’entreprise et faciliter la résolution des conflits par le biais des programmes en place.
Recueillir et conserver les données relatives aux entretiens de départ, au roulement du personnel et à l’absentéisme afin d’identifier les tendances, les besoins en formation et les problèmes de hiérarchie.

Participer à la négociation collective (2025)

Formation
Mettre en place et donner les formations IHG
Donner l'orientation des employés à tous les nouveaux employés
Coordonner la gestion des formations
Calcul du 1% de formation

EXIGENCES

Minimum de 7 ans d'expériences en ressources humaines
Diplôme en ressources humaines ou en hôtellerie
Membre de l'Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines un atout
Expérience dans un environnement syndiqué nécessaire
Capacité à préserver la confidentialité, dans la mesure du possible, pour toutes les questions relatives aux ressources humaines.
Connaissance en paie un atout
Bonne communication, flexible, capacité à travailler sous pression
Bilingue Français/anglais
