Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.As a core member of our Intelligent Automation (IA) team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.The Intelligent Automation (IA) is multi-skilled team charged with identifying, building and deploying operational solutions leveraging a suite of emerging technologies, such as Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Robotics Process Automation, Business Process Management, Reconciliation Tools, APIs and Automation.ResponsibilitiesYour Role:The Transformation Office is seeking an experienced Sr. Business Process Design Analyst to support the Process Design team in driving transformational initiatives. You will (a) lead data gathering and complex analysis; (b) create detailed process documentation and recommendations; (c) manage project documentation and status updates; and (d) contribute to the implementation of process improvements.
