As a core member of our Intelligent Automation (IA) team, you will work with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award‑winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon. The IA team is charged with identifying, building and deploying operational solutions leveraging emerging technologies such as Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Robotics Process Automation, Business Process Management, Reconciliation Tools, APIs and Automation. Responsibilities Lead data gathering and complex analysis. Create detailed process documentation and recommendations. Manage project documentation and status updates. Contribute to the implementation of process improvements. Critical Thinking Advanced analytical skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to understand complex business processes and workflows. Strong problem‑solving capabilities with ability to recommend solutions. Experience in process analysis and improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking). Communication / Soft Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at various levels. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. Ability to confidently and appropriately present information to various audiences. Ability to work independently and lead small initiatives. Technical Knowledge Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.). Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Optix, Figma, etc.). Strong data analysis and visualization capabilities. Proficient with SharePoint and collaborative tools. Experience working with intelligent automation technologies and understanding of their use cases. Experience 3+ years of relevant experience in process analysis or improvement. Proven track record in data analysis and insights generation. Demonstrated ability to capture, synthesize, and distribute clear, accurate meeting minutes and action items. Strong background in creating executive‑level presentations and documentation. Qualifications Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. Experience in process improvement initiatives and knowledge of process improvement methodologies. Ability to manage multiple complex projects effectively. Skilled at translating data into actionable insights. Track record of delivering high‑quality work independently. Knowledge of financial services industry is preferred.
