Job Summary Airia Brands Inc. is seeking a highly organized individual responsible for managing the warehouse shipping process and supervising afternoon shift staff, including preparing shipping documentation (Picklists, BOL, Customs Invoices etc.), freight quoting, sales order processing/invoicing and supporting the warehouse supervisor and team. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Supervise afternoon shift staff, ensuring all required work is completed effectively and safely Reviewing and ensuring accuracy of invoices and processing invoices Prepare picklists, Bill of Lading, Customs Invoices, USMCA CoO, etc. Generate daily picking plans to support on‑time customer shipments Assist with administrative activities to support the Warehouse and Materials Manager Maintaining an organized filing system for all appropriate documents Support other departments (Engineering, Customer Service, etc.) in tracking order status Suggest solutions for continuous improvement Support inventory management functions All other duties assigned Qualifications/Skills/Experience Minimum 2 years Supply Chain experience A community college diploma or high school education with several years of practical relevant experience Industry knowledge and/or experience working with HVAC is ideal A motivated, self‑starter with strong communication and organizational skills Results‑driven, self‑starter and takes initiative to drive the business Ability to multitask effectively and efficiently Excellent problem solving and decision‑making skills Previous supervisory experience is an asset Why Airia Being part of a multinational market leader Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package We take great pride in our first‑class team and open‑door approach at all levels Growing company Focus on continuous innovation How To Apply Applicants are invited to submit their resume by email to hr@airiabrands.com.
