Overview Westland Insurance Group Ltd. is seeking a Senior Insurance Advisor for its Lethbridge, AB office. The role focuses on promoting and educating clients on insurance products, managing complex cases, and expanding the company's local presence. Responsibilities Promote and educate clients on insurance products. Take ownership of client relationships to grow the company’s presence in the local community. Manage complex insurance cases and coach junior team members. Assist team members in reaching their full potential. Qualifications At least two to three years of industry experience. Insurance broker Level 2 license and working toward CAIB/CIP (financial support provided). Track record of achieving sales targets. Natural ability to build authentic client relationships.
