Associate - IT Recruitment Services @ Vaco | Agile Tech Recruiter | Helping to build Top notch Technical teams🔥 Highspring is looking for a seasoned Product Owner who can bridge business needs with technical delivery across major integration initiatives. This person will play a key role in aligning diverse business units, shaping integration strategies, and driving high-impact projects. Responsibilities Capture, analyze, prioritize, and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. Act as the primary liaison between business units, project teams, and stakeholders. Oversee and refine the product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals. Define integration approaches and support delivery planning and execution. Guide teams through process and system changes, contributing to change‑management efforts. Collaborate with multidisciplinary finance, business architecture, and delivery teams within the Evolution & Integration group. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of experience, including at least 2 years as a Product Owner. Strong analytical mindset, critical thinking, and sound judgment. Proven ability to lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder‑management skills. Experience supporting business process changes. High level of comfort with technology and the Windows environment. Nice‑to‑Haves Experience in the banking or financial services industry. Familiarity with SAFe methodology. Exposure to continuous improvement practices. Experience with DevOps tools.
