Role Summary The Product Owner plays a key role in the development and evolution of Préhos’ SaaS solutions. They are responsible for managing the product, shaping the product vision and prioritizing features, participating in stakeholder steering committees, collaborating with technical and business teams to continuously deliver market‑leading offerings. The Product Owner works closely with the product team, development, UX/UI, and internal stakeholders to turn customer needs into innovative solutions. They also contribute to strategic discussions with the Director of Product and Partnerships, helping to shape the product roadmap and deliver Prehos mission. Key Responsibilities Define and maintain a growth‑driven product development plan, with clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Prioritize features based on customer value, market opportunities, and technical constraints. Work closely with development and UX/UI teams to ensure efficient execution and an efficient user experience. Contribute to product vision by participating in strategic discussions and analyzing market trends. Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve user experience, increase adoption, and support market expansion. Ensure clear documentation and communication of product updates, project plans, and long‑term strategies to internal stakeholders. Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner in a SaaS environment. Advanced proficiency in French and English (written and spoken). Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (JIRA, Confluence). Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and data‑driven decision‑making. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and make impact‑driven decisions. Proficiency in Zoho business management ecosystem, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, and Zoho Desk, to enhance cross‑functional collaboration and data‑driven decision‑making. Nice-to-Have Experience in product analytics and feature adoption tracking. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with remote multidisciplinary teams in a growing environment. Experience in managing the full lifecycle of a SaaS product and optimizing development processes.
