Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un(e) technicien(ne) électronique dont la mission sera d’assembler et tester du matériel électronique tel que des circuits imprimés, haut-parleurs, caméras, enregistreurs vidéo routeurs, écrans LCD.

Principales responsabilités:

Assembler des équipements contenant des composants électroniques (circuit imprimés, haut-parleurs, harnais, etc.) à partir de dessins d'assemblage.

Tester les unités précédemment assemblées en suivant une procédure de test

Compléter les rapports de test

Monter des gabarits de test et de bancs d’essais

Réparer et dépanner les équipements (RMA)

Interfacer avec le département d’ingénierie

Participer à la mise en place de procédures

Formation, Expérience et Compétence:

D.E.C. en électrotechnique / électronique ou équivalent

Un minimum de 2 à 3 ans est requis dans un poste similaire;

Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français.

Doit pouvoir utiliser les outils d'assemblage électroniques et lire les schémas de câblage et d'assemblage;

Avoir une connaissance de la soudure de microélectronique avec ou sans plomb (RoHS),

Connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office,

Connaissance des normes IPC-A-610D et ESD.

Connaissance en assemblage et sertissage de câbles / harnais est un atout

Connaissance en processus de tropicalisation (Coating) de circuit électronique est un atout

Capable de travailler avec un minimum de supervision.

Attentif a la qualité de son travail

Electronics Technician

Permanent full-time position (40 hours / week)

ISC Applied Systems is a growing SME with fewer than 50 employees, located in Pointe-Claire. Recognized for our values of innovation, collaboration, and pride, we develop communication, information, and safety systems for our railway partners throughout North America.

We are currently looking for an electronics technician whose mission will be to assemble and test electronic equipment such as printed circuit boards, speakers, cameras, video recorders routers, LCD screens.

Main responsibilities:

- Assemble equipment containing electronic components (printed circuit boards, speakers, harnesses, etc.) from assembly drawings.

- Test previously assembled units following a test procedure.

- Complete test reports

- Assemble test jigs and test benches

- Repair and troubleshoot equipment (RMA)

- Interfacing with the engineering department

- Participate in setting up procedures

Training, Experience and Skills:

- D.E.C. in electrical engineering/electronics or equivalent

- A minimum of 2 to 3 years in a similar position is required;

- Fluent in English and French.

- Must be able to use electronic assembly tools and read wiring and assembly diagrams;

- Knowledge of leaded and lead-free (RoHS) microelectronics soldering

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite,

- Knowledge of IPC-A-610D and ESD standards.

- Knowledge of cable/harness assembly and crimping is an asset.

- Knowledge of electronic circuit tropicalization processes (Coating) is an asset.

- Able to work with minimum supervision.

- Attentive to quality of work
