We are actively looking for a:
**Electronics technician**

The purpose of the electronics technician position is to insure our manufacturer defect-free and reliable products.

**Your responsibilities are**:

- To generate and maintained the inspection criteria for the incoming materials, the in-process assemblies and the finish goods.
- To validate the incoming materials are meeting industrial (IPC610) and internal standards. Like metal enclosures, cables and electronic board assemblies.
- To generate the inspection report and non-conformance as needed.
- To compile and to take action on the defects found during functional electrical test of the electronic boards
- To request RMA’s and corrective action internally and from the suppliers.
- To review coercive action and their effectiveness.
- To perform ESD audits.
- To do the quality onboarding process of new employees.
- To manage the instrument and equipment calibration.
- To participate in the internal audits to comply with our ISO9001 QMS system.
- To maintain the documentation and records for the ISO9001 QMS system.

**Qualification**:

- Have a minimum of one year of experience in a similar position especially related to the electronics manufacturing.
- Have a basic knowledge of a quality management system.
- Is able to understand electrical diagrams, and mechanical schematics.
- Able to use inspection tools like:

- Caliper,
- Inspection microscope,
- Camera,
- Multimeter
- Ruler,
- Understand how to protect against ESD.
- Have a good vision to do visual inspection.
- Have good dexterity to manipulate small components.
