This role will introduce you to many facets of an IT department and allow you to participate in several key processes. You will have the opportunity to wear many hats, including:Asset ManagerBusiness Systems AnalystChange ManagerService Management Tool AdministratorQuality AssuranceAgile DeveloperLearning OutcomesThe successful candidate can expect to gain experience in the following areas:Analyzing and documenting requirements & workflows for ServiceNow users and groups;Exposure to ITIL detailed best practices for IT Service Management;Exposure to AGILE methodology;Collecting, preparing, loading, and managing software & hardware assets in ServiceNow;Configuring, customizing, and modifying ServiceNow features and core data;Consulting subject-matter experts for change advice;Coordinating teams for Change, Problem, and Incident Management;Documenting processes, procedures, and tasks;Gain experience with market-leading Service Management tools (ServiceNow and Atlassian ALM products);Recording and report against application & service outages; andTesting feature releases, bug-fixes, and document defects.QualificationsThis opportunity is open to 3rd and 4th year Computer Science or Software/Computer Engineering students and graduate students in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
