We foster a community-like environment while delivering professional services.About the RoleAs a Senior Tax Manager in our Domestic Tax team, you'll manage client relationships across various industries, collaborate with top Canadian tax professionals, and support your professional growth. You will work with colleagues across service lines such as Assurance, Advisory, and Specialty Tax to provide personalized solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain client relationships within a variety of industriesLead and develop our growing tax practiceAssist clients with tax planning, compliance, and complex trust mattersIdentify new opportunities for tax servicesProvide exceptional client service and stay updated on legislationMentor and coach professional staffPrepare and present information to clients and colleaguesQualificationsCPA Canada In-Depth Tax Course or Masters of TaxationExperience with succession, trust, estate, corporate, and personal tax planningStrong client service commitmentCreative problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in teamsInterest in coaching and personal growthAttention to detail and commitment to qualityWorking at Doane Grant ThorntonOur culture emphasizes community, support, and professional development.
