Promote camper choice, engagement, and adaptability to ensure campers recreational and social needs are positively and safely met. Manage the Rustics shed and inventory. Participate fully in all aspects of team and camp life. Education Educational background/experience in camping, recreation, education, disability studies, social work, or related programs is an asset. Experience Demonstrated experience in planning and implementing camp skills and lore that further develop campers appreciation, enjoyment and skills. Experience in archery or other outdoor activities is an asset. Previous experience working or volunteering with individuals experiencing disability is considered an asset. sigo? Skills Creative, patient, empathetic, and adaptable; an outside the box thinker. Ability to lead and instruct campers expectations activities; organized and detail inclined. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to handle multiple demands under pressure. Ability to positively interact with campers experiencing disability, all staff and external contacts. Final Candidates are required to provide a satisfactory criminal record check.
