PEI Brewing Company Taproom &
Events

As a leader in the hospitality
industry within Atlantic Canada, Murphy Hospitality Group is devoted to
creating memorable experiences through genuine hospitality. To provide guests
with the best experience, our team members need to be equally devoted to delivering
outstanding service.

The PEIBC Taproom & Events
team has established themselves as industry leaders in full-service catering
and events on PEI—hosting everything from intimate gatherings to large-scale
productions for over 500 guests. Whether serving a bustling taproom or a
private function, the team consistently exceeds expectations with creativity,
professionalism, and a passion for great beer and great hospitality.

Taproom & Events Supervisor

The Taproom & Events
Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring every guest experience is
memorable—whether in our taproom, at a private event, or during offsite
service. This hybrid role combines hands-on service with leadership
responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences
across all areas of the business.

You might be serving a private
event one night and leading the taproom team as the closing supervisor the
next. In both settings, your focus is the same: supporting your team, exceeding
guest expectations, and upholding the PEIBC standard of excellence.

As Supervisor, You Will:

  • Maintain a high level of guest
service across both taproom and event operations
  • Create a fun, collaborative, and
respectful environment for all team members

  • Handle guest concerns and resolve
    issues with professionalism and care
  • Train, coach, and motivate team
members on service standards, event execution, and operational procedures
  • Oversee event setup, execution,
and breakdown to ensure seamless experiences for guests and clients
  • Monitor and maintain inventory,
placing orders for products and supplies as needed
  • Contribute ideas to improve
operations, guest service, and team efficiency
  • Ensure policies, procedures, and
safety standards are followed at all times
  • Perform other related duties as
    assigned

Who You Are

  • A confident, adaptable leader who
thrives in both structured taproom service and dynamic event environments
  • Calm under pressure with strong
    problem-solving and decision-making skills
