What you need to succeed: Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario Experience working independently or as part of a team in the completion of catastrophic assessments Has taken the CAT Assessment Training offered through CSME Has experience working with TBI and/or SCI patients A minimum of two (2) years’ experience as an Occupational Therapist Superior interpersonal relations, communication, problem‑solving, time management, computer and documentation skills Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team Valid driver’s license, access to a reliable vehicle and willingness to travel Working at Lifemark Join a culture that values collaboration, learning, and shared success.
