Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you’ll lead a geographically dispersed team of HR Business Partners who support each district as trusted generalists. What You’ll Do Provide strategic leadership for HR service delivery across the full employee lifecycle Guide the evolution of HRBP practices, ensuring the team operates as proactive, insight‑driven partners Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing HRBP team across multiple regions Build team capability to deliver consistent, high‑quality HR support in a growing, multi‑jurisdictional environment Partner closely with the Manager of Strategic Recruitment to ensure HRBPs follow consistent recruitment standards, tools, and best practices Collaborate with the Programs & Policies team to design and implement enterprise‑level HR programs that strengthen engagement, retention, and inclusion Champion operational excellence by applying Lean principles to streamline HR processes and enhance cross‑functional collaboration Provide senior‑level guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, culture, and change management Support leaders through complex people matters, balancing risk, employee experience, and organizational needs Use HR analytics and workforce insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement Support the adoption and optimization of HR technology to improve efficiency and decision‑making Ensure HR practices comply with legislation, collective agreements, and organizational policies Stay ahead of emerging HR trends and regulatory changes to position the organization for long‑term success Qualifications 10+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership responsibility for HRBPs or HR service delivery Proven success leading HR teams in complex, multi‑site or multi‑jurisdictional environments Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior leaders Demonstrated experience driving organizational change, transformation, and culture initiatives Broad HR expertise across talent management, organizational effectiveness, total rewards, employee and labour relations, DEI, and workforce planning Experience improving HR processes through continuous improvement and operational effectiveness Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach and develop high‑performing teams Proficiency with HRMS platforms and HR analytics Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across Recruitment, Programs & Policies, and HR Operations Bonus: CPHR designation Additional Information Chandos is an equal opportunity employer and we are committed to a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture and this includes our recruitment and hiring process.
