How you will contribute Manage change and transformation among the operating teams in the implementation of IL6S‑Integrated Lean 6 sigma phases, FoF‑Factory of Future line‑centric organization & roles (AM‑Autonomous Maintenance, PM‑Progressive Maintenance and an integrated 6‑star model within operating line teams) to progress into self‑sufficient teams. Role model values and principles through effective coaching, mentoring and development of the team. Support the manufacturing annual operational plans and targets to meet Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, Engagement goals in line with the site compelling business need. Coach line leaders, cascade & communicate the plans and targets to employees to ensure alignment and understanding around priorities, focus and KPIs. Lead and be accountable to establish strong governance to review, control operational performance and continuous‑improvement plans, embed a zero‑loss mindset to constantly improve and deliver against best‑in‑class internally and externally. Drive the operating team to identify and manage improvements to technology, culture, capability and operating systems to deliver a best‑practice and reliable operation. Support all manufacturing standards, governance and compliance requirements (Corporate quality, food safety & GMP, health, safety, security, environment, sustainability, code of conduct, policies & principles, operational standards, local legal requirements, internal audit norms and other procedures) to be in place, understood by all and regularly reviewed and monitored for effective implementation. Lead and be accountable for talent, capability and engagement for the manufacturing team—identify and implement critical levers to attract, retain & develop critical talent and build capability at all levels, technical and behavioral, to build a sustainable workforce profile for the future. Partner effectively with all multi‑functional peers internally & externally to achieve objectives, goals and KPIs. What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: Strong operational & manufacturing leadership experience in the CPG industry with experience in TPM, total productivemaintenance, 5S, Lean, 6 sigma tools and concepts. Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team‑based environment. Demonstrated abilities in analytics, problem solving and team building. An engineer with strong financial & business acumen, project management skills and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment. The Reliability Engineer The Reliability Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the reliability and maintainability of manufacturing equipment and processes. This role will play a critical part in minimizing downtime, reducing maintenance costs, and ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our plant. This role owns and directly drives reduction in GE loss due to breakdowns by implementing Progressive Maintenance best practices. This role is the natural backup to the maintenance manager and backup PM pillar lead. What you will do Review, develop, update, and implement maintenance strategies to improve the reliability, availability, and performance of equipment and machinery within a facility. Own breakdown elimination work process including analysis and implementation of countermeasures to breakdowns and drive capability development of the work process across the site. Work with maintenance planners to review, optimize and improve maintenance PMs and planned shutdowns to reduce unplanned GE losses. Follow up on post‑PM repair actions. Work closely with maintenance, operations and engineering teams to implement reliability improvements. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to equipment reliability and maintenance effectiveness (MTTR, MTBB, operational losses, minor stops, BD effect on GE). Develop and maintain maintenance procedures, standards and training materials as needed. Interface with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) to understand and clarify procedures and basic condition of equipment and update relevant standards. Conduct equipment criticality assessments to prioritize maintenance efforts and resource allocation. Identify capability gaps within maintenance team members and work with maintenance manager to address them. Work with engineering and maintenance team to ensure new projects integrate with existing PM standards, including updating functional location structure, maintenance plans, stock‑room inventory and technical documentation. Other duties as assigned. What extra ingredients will you bring Strong SAP PM skills (review and analysis of functional location structure, work notifications, orders, maintenance plans, maintenance cost, stockroom inventory and parts movement). Expert at root cause analysis and breakdown elimination. Knowledge of predictive maintenance technologies (vibration analysis, infrared thermography, oil analysis). Ability to analyze data and provide insights using MS Excel. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and equipment manuals. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex equipment issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to a variety of audiences. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate others. Education Completed Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related field. No relocation support available.
