Teach French, Graphic Production, International Languages, Marketing, and Psychology with Brightspace expertise in a temporary part-time assignment. Support grade-level students through December 18, 2026.
Nicola-Similkameen School District seeks a teacher for a 0.40 FTE temporary assignment beginning immediately. The timetable includes French 8 to 12, Graphic Production 11, International Languages, Marketing, and Psychology 11. The successful candidate will adapt materials, assessments, resources, and learning outcomes for student needs while using Brightspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach French 8 to 12 and listed secondary courses
- Adapt materials and assessments for individual student needs
- Use Brightspace to support distributed learning
- Travel throughout the region as needed
- Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
Requirements:
- Valid BC Teaching Certificate and BC Curriculum familiarity
- Teaching category five or higher
- Training and experience working with grade-level students
- Knowledge and experience working with Brightspace
- Commitment to supporting varied learning needs
Bring multidisciplinary teaching experience, Brightspace knowledge, and adaptable instruction to students across Nicola-Similkameen School District.
