Become a part of CAE as a Bilingual Learning Solutions Specialist, where you'll create engaging and effective training programs. As a vital contributor, you will manage courseware projects and take the lead in the implementation of learning technologies across CAE. Your role requires expertise in Learning Management Systems to enhance the training experience for Maintenance Technicians. You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure the success of training initiatives while leveraging data analytics to track improvements.

Key Responsibilities

¢ Lead the development of courseware and learning solutions â€
¢ Manage LMS deployment and ongoing system improvements â€
¢ Ensure course projects meet deadlines and budgets â€
¢ Utilize reporting tools to analyze learner progress â€
¢ Foster collaboration amongst all stakeholders for effective training

Requirements:

¢ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics â€
¢ Minimum of 3 years of professional experience â€
¢ Skilled in Office 365 and project management â€
