Join our team todayKey ResponsibilitiesConsult - With hiring managers, provide value added recruitment services including sourcing strategies, job posting tactics, interpretation of candidate assessments, interviewing best practices, and suitable compensation recommendations;Source - Engage proven and innovative talent sourcing methods to source top notch A Player candidates and develop a future pipeline, including but not limited to: networking, job boards, social media, digital media, career fairs, agencies and campus recruitment while preserving the Company's brand; Screen, interview and present top candidates to the hiring manager for interviews; Ensure a robust candidate talent pipeline within the applicant tracking system, updating the system with all candidate activity, accurately and timely to support sourcing, selection, reporting and talent planning;Measure - Benchmark Talent Acquisition Partner Commitments through key success measures, such as time-to-fill, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction;Contribute - Build awareness, know-how, and capability of hiring managers by teaching them the A Player hiring method; Take on special projects that enhance process, systems, and capability; Support ongoing performance and growth of team members.QualificationsThree (3) to five (5) years of full cycle recruitment experienceDemonstrated success in developing a talent network for future opportunitiesMust have excellent sourcing skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrates professionalism with exceptional interpersonal skillsFocus on accuracy and high quality work with a sense of urgencyDemonstrated knowledge of legislation governing recruitment activitiesStrong time management skills with ability to multitaskAbility to work in a dynamic and demanding work environment while remaining positive and focusedProven ability to provide quality service to internal and external customersProblem solving and analytical skillsResults drivenPenchant for technology; internet savvy, proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systemsCogir is committed to ensuring that all employment practices are inclusive.
