Trusted in 26+ countries, our mission is to make dental care smarter, faster, and better — and we’re doing it through powerful software that connects dentists, labs, and manufacturers like never before.What You’ll DoBuild advanced cross‑platform apps using Flutter or React NativeDevelop and scale real‑time messaging features (chat, file sharing, 3D model support)Optimize for speed, reliability, and responsiveness in real‑world clinical environmentsImplement HIPAA‑compliant security features: encryption, secure auth, access control, audit logsEnsure full compliance with healthcare data standards (HIPAA, PIPEDA, GDPR)Own the integrity of sensitive data shared across devices and systemsCollaborate with backend engineers to design and consume secure APIsWork with SQL and NoSQL databases and manage integration with healthcare imaging or 3D data formats (e.g. STL, Blender)Contribute to a scalable architecture that supports diverse healthcare workflowsMonitor, debug, and resolve app crashes or issues using real‑time logsAdopt new tools and techniques to improve performance and maintainabilityWork with QA to build automated tests and release with confidencePartner with UI/UX designers to ensure polished, intuitive user interfacesUse feedback loops to iterate quickly and improve app usability and engagementWhat We’re Looking For3+ years of mobile development experience, with at least one messaging or communication app launchedStrong skills in Flutter or React Native and a deep understanding of iOS + Android platformsFamiliarity with REST/GraphQL APIs, Git workflows, and CI/CD pipelinesExperience with SQL + NoSQL, secure file handling, and scalable data featuresDemonstrated understanding of data privacy and compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, PIPEDA)Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, agile mindsetNice to HaveExperience with 3D data workflows (e.g., Blender, dental STL files)Prior work in digital health, dental tech, or regulated industriesKnowledge of healthcare data standards like FHIR or HL7Why Join Us?Meaningful Impact: Build tools that improve real lives in the dental and healthcare spaceTeam Culture: Join a collaborative, global team that values craftsmanship, ownership, and creative problem‑solvingRoom to Grow: This is a high‑visibility role with lots of space for leadership and innovationPerks That MatterCompetitive salary, bonuses, health & life insurance, 4+ weeks PTO , and career development supportApply NowExcited to build something that matters?
