As part of our digital transformation, we are investing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) to streamline operations, optimize supply chain management, and enhance customer experience. We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer to join our technology team and help shape the future of our ERP environment.Position OverviewAs a Business Central Developer, you will design, customize, and extend D365 BC to support Finance, Inventory, Procurement, and Warehousing processes. You’ll collaborate closely with business analysts, functional teams, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, while ensuring system stability, scalability, and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, customize, and maintain Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions using AL, extensions, and APIsConfigure and optimize core modules, including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and WarehousingBuild integrations between Business Central and third-party applications, including eCommerce, logistics, and reporting platformsCreate and maintain technical documentation, coding standards, and best practicesSupport Business Central upgrades, testing, and deployment activitiesTroubleshoot system issues, analyze root causes, and implement permanent fixesCollaborate with business users and analysts to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutionsDevelop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support operational and financial visibilityQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field4 years of experience as a Dynamics NAV or Business Central DeveloperProficiency in AL language and experience with C/AL, extensions, and Visual Studio CodeStrong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Warehousing processesExperience with integrations using APIs, web services, and Azure servicesKnowledge of SQL, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 ecosystemStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a teamExcellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and annual performance incentivesHybrid work model (Vancouver HQ – 3 days onsite, 2 remote)Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefitsRRSP matching programPaid vacation and company holidaysOpportunities for professional growth and Microsoft certificationsA collaborative and innovative work environment where your contributions make a real impact #J-18808-Ljbffr
